At Spruce Up, we strive to make every item you receive from us bring you joy. We also understand that things don’t always work out as planned. Follow the six simple steps below to return or exchange your item.
Try to unpack and assemble your item the day it arrives. If the item is not perfect, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Avoid the headache of having to buy new materials and save the original packaging if you decide to return your item.
If you have questions or need advice, you can send pictures to one of our stylists through chat so they can provide helpful tips and tricks.
If you are not delighted, email our support team within 30-days of delivery and we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for Pick Up or Drop Off.
We will issue a refund to your original form of payment unless you would prefer an exchange or Spruce Up Credit instead. Note: We cannot refund your delivery shipping fee.
